Aiding the Arab Spring

Secretary General Thorbjørn Jagland visited Tunisia to offer the Council of Europe’s practical cooperation. That offer has since been followed-up with support from the Parliamentary Assembly, the Venice Commission, the Pompidou Group and the North-South Centre.
