In this podcast, state-spying whistleblower Edward Snowden reveals to a Parliamentary Assembly hearing, the techniques and impact of mass-surveillance.
Snowden, a former CIA staffer and National Security Agency contractor, participated in the hearing from his base in Moscow. He revealed that spy agencies check trillions of private communications and can now target individuals and “classes” of individuals.
