Kawczynski also challenges European leaders and institutions to tackle rising anti-gipsyism through a political settlement .
“What we need is a political solution and we want to be involved,” he adds. “A growing part of our population is becoming nomads, nobodies, non-registered people without education who are living on the streets.
“We are shifting more and more to a system which is comparable to the apartheid system in South Africa.”
