Video: Youth in 2020 – The future of youth policies

In this third and final video focus on youth, Marta Medlinska looks forward to next month’s ‘Youth in 2020 conference.

“We will try to understand what are the trends right now and what will be the future situation of young people,” says the coordinator of the Council of Europe – EU project. “We want to see what challenges this poses for them, for youth policy and for youth research.”

The Budapest conference, entitled ‘Youth in 2020 – the Future of Youth Policies’(1-4 October), is organised by the CoE – EU youth partnership.

Some 155 young people, youth workers, specialists, policy-makers and researchers from south-east Europe, eastern Europe, the South Caucasus and the southern Mediterranean region are expected to participate.
