In this podcast, Thea Sveen discusses the European Drug Prevention Prize 2014.
The Pompidou Group project manager and consultant (photo) confirms that a meeting of jurors takes place next week to discuss the prize, a key part of the Council of Europe’s work to fight drug and substance abuse.
“The prize is very important because it involves young people and makes them protagonists in international cooperation which is also a means to enhance and strengthen the prevention work done in Europe,” she says. “It’s an acknowledgement of the work done by youth for youth.”
