The biennial prize, organised by the Pompidou Group, the Council of Europe’s drug policy specialists, was awarded to projects in Lebanon, Spain and Germany.
Their representatives outline their interest in fighting drug and alcohol addiction among young people and the benefits to their organisations of the Pompidou Group’s recognition.
