The expansion could see Edgeryders activists working on innovation projects in Turkey, through its planned citizens’ assemblies and also involved in “deep engagement” projects in Romania, Serbia, Greece and Spain.
“We are moving forward from exchanges to concrete action,” says Farrell, head of the Social Cohesion, Research and Early Warning Division. “We have engaged citizens in defining what is social cohesion and now we would like to involve the experience and wisdom of the Edgeryders community in moving forward the ideas that the citizens have.
