Two new electronic publications by the European Audiovisual Observatory provide an up to date analysis of the Council of Europe’s work on freedom of expression and the media.
The publications, the work of the Observatory and Tarlach McGonagle of the Amsterdam-based Institute for Information Law (IViR), examine the work of the Committee of Ministers and the Parliamentary Assembly’s activities in this area.
