Internet service providers, web users and activists can take part in the drafting of new guidelines on human rights and privacy concerns, the Council of Europe has confirmed.
It is encouraging comments as it prepares recommendations on the protection of human rights with regard to search engines as well as on measures to protect and promote the respect of human rights with regard to social networking services.
